{"id":12529,"date":"2026-02-27T10:10:32","date_gmt":"2026-02-27T09:10:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bildung.sachsen.de\/blog\/?p=12529"},"modified":"2026-03-27T09:50:36","modified_gmt":"2026-03-27T08:50:36","slug":"713-neue-paedagogen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bildung.sachsen.de\/blog\/index.php\/2026\/02\/27\/713-neue-paedagogen\/","title":{"rendered":"713 neue P\u00e4dagogen"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Zum zweiten Schulhalbjahr wurden bereits 713 P\u00e4dagoginnen und P\u00e4dagogen eingestellt, \u00fcber 100 weitere Stellenangebote wurden den Bewerbern gemacht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Nach den Winterferien haben in Sachsen 528 neu eingestellte Lehrkr\u00e4fte ihre Arbeit aufgenommen (Februar 2025: 606). Hinzu kommen 6 p\u00e4dagogische Fachkr\u00e4fte (2025: 30) und 179 Seiteneinsteiger, die ihre Einstiegsqualifizierung erfolgreich abgeschlossen haben und nun vor einer Klasse stehen (2025: 248).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit dem neuen Einstellungsverfahren gelang es, rund ein Drittel mehr grundst\u00e4ndig ausgebildete Lehrkr\u00e4fte in S\u00fcdwestsachsen (LaSuB-Standorte Chemnitz und Zwickau) einzustellen als noch im Vorjahr (195 zu 150). In Oberschulen wurden rund 20 Prozent mehr grundst\u00e4ndig ausgebildete Lehrkr\u00e4fte eingestellt (140 zu 116).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kultusminister Conrad Clemens: <\/strong>\u00bbDie Einstellung zur Einstellung muss sich \u00e4ndern. Wir bieten aktuell noch \u00fcber 100 Kombi-Stellen an, die ein paar Tage im l\u00e4ndlichen Raum bedeuten. Es ist f\u00fcr junge Menschen ein gro\u00dfer Schritt, nach dem Studium die gewohnte Umgebung zu verlassen und sich auf etwas Neues einzulassen. Aber Lehrkr\u00e4fte werden eben nicht nur in den gro\u00dfen St\u00e4dten gebraucht.\u00ab<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Insgesamt hatten sich 732 vollst\u00e4ndig ausgebildete Lehrkr\u00e4fte und auch Lehramtsabsolventen mit erster, aber ohne zweite Staatspr\u00fcfung beworben (2025: 755).
