{"id":11883,"date":"2025-03-06T09:30:00","date_gmt":"2025-03-06T08:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bildung.sachsen.de\/blog\/?p=11883"},"modified":"2025-03-12T10:26:33","modified_gmt":"2025-03-12T09:26:33","slug":"884-neue-paedagogen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bildung.sachsen.de\/blog\/index.php\/2025\/03\/06\/884-neue-paedagogen\/","title":{"rendered":"Sachsen stellt 884 neue P\u00e4dagogen ein"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Zum zweiten Schulhalbjahr sind mehr P\u00e4dagogen eingestellt worden als im Vorjahr. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Nach den Winterferien haben in Sachsen 636 neu eingestellte Lehrkr\u00e4fte und p\u00e4dagogische Fachkr\u00e4fte ihre Arbeit aufgenommen (Februar 2024: 621). Hinzu kommen 248 Seiteneinsteiger, die ihre Einstiegsqualifizierung erfolgreich abgeschlossen haben und nun vor einer Klasse stehen. Damit sind insgesamt 884 neue P\u00e4dagoginnen und P\u00e4dagogen zum zweiten Schuljahr an Schulen t\u00e4tig (Februar 2024: 845).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bbDas Einstellungsergebnis ist gut. Gern h\u00e4tten wir aber noch mehr Lehrerinnen und Lehrer eingestellt. Die Bewerberlage gab nicht mehr her\u00ab, so Kultusminister Conrad Clemens, der darauf verwies, dass das Einstellungsverfahren noch weiterl\u00e4uft. Etwa 50 Lehrkr\u00e4ften liegen noch Stellenangebote vor. Insgesamt hatten sich 755 vollst\u00e4ndig ausgebildete Lehrkr\u00e4fte und auch Lehramtsabsolventen mit erster, aber ohne zweite Staatspr\u00fcfung beworben. Wie auch in den Vorjahren bewarb sich ein Gro\u00dfteil der Nachwuchskr\u00e4fte f\u00fcr eine Anstellung in den Ballungsgebieten Dresden und Leipzig. Demgegen\u00fcber war das Interesse der Bewerberinnen und Bewerber in l\u00e4ndliche Regionen zu gehen, gering ausgepr\u00e4gt. 606 der ausgebildeten Nachwuchslehrkr\u00e4fte hat der Freistaat eingestellt. \u00bbDamit haben wir 80,3 Prozent der Bewerberinnen und Bewerber f\u00fcr den s\u00e4chsischen Schuldienst \u00fcberzeugen k\u00f6nnen. Wir sind wettbewerbsf\u00e4hig auf dem bundesweit umk\u00e4mpften Lehrerarbeitsmarkt\u00ab, so Clemens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zusammen mit neuen p\u00e4dagogischen Fachkr\u00e4ften, die an F\u00f6rderschulen t\u00e4tig sein werden, konnten insgesamt 636 P\u00e4dagoginnen und P\u00e4dagogen f\u00fcr den Schuldienst gewonnen werden (s.
